No Bake Mac and Cheese Recipe

Assalamualaikum, 
Alright, so my intention to write down the recipe is to share, because....when I tried it out, it was super easy and the ingredients were easy to find in the supermarket nearby, and the most important thing is it turned out really good, pretty similar with mac and cheese you find in some restaurants (HA HA), but anyways, give it a try first then you can judge whether I speak bullsht or the truth. 

Macaroni and Cheese (served for 3 people)

Ingredients:

  • a pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1,5 cups of  Elbow Macaroni
  • 1,5 tablespoon of flour
  • 500 ml milk (I used Ultra Milk UHT Low Fat High Calcium 250 ml, but you can choose another brand)
  • 1 tablespoon of margarine
  • 70 gram of shredded Cheddar Cheese (or you can add some parmesan too!)
  • Chili sauce/ ketchup/ chili flakes (optional)
First things first make the flour mix!
Flour mix:
Mix 1,5 tablespoon of flour and 250 ml milk, stir in until no lumps are seen.

How to Make:
  1. Put a little bit of margarine in the pan so the macaroni won't stick to it when you boil some water, and then add in the macaroni until it's cooked. 
  2. Then, prepare the sauce pan, stir in flour mix with low heat and put in 1 tablespoon of margarine. 
  3. Give a pinch of salt and pepper (make sure it's not too salty, because we're gonna put some cheese later
  4. After that, pour 250 ml milk, and stir it well.
  5. Spread the shredded cheese all over it (yum) and stir well until the texture changes into sticky (little thick). 
  6. Pour in boiled macaroni. Stir it slowly. 
  7. Prepare the plating and sprinkle some chili flakes or add some chili sauce to taste it up! 
  8. and the last one is ENJOY :) you can eat 'em by your self or share 'em with your fellows
